V. Selling Logic: Subscription Details and Payment Policies

Only the “Purrgize Your Cat” package offers an optional free trial for the first month. This package includes 8 sessions within one month, scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday.Free trials are available only to new users who meet the following eligibility criteria defined by Portal2222 Ltd.:

First-Time Users Only:

The free trial is available exclusively to users who have never subscribed to the Free “Purrgize Your Cat” package or any other services offered by Portal2222 Ltd. Eligibility will be verified through the system, including checks on account creation, IP address, and prior promotional usage.

Account Registration:

Users must create and maintain a registered account on the official web site with a valid email address to qualify for the free trial.

Single Offer Per Household:

The free trial offer is limited to one per IP address, household, and email address.

Exclusion for Previous Promotions:

Users who have previously utilized promotional offers, including a free trial month, are not eligible for this free trial.

Right of Refusal:

Recurring Monthly Subscriptions

All subscription packages operate on a recurring monthly payment basis from the start unless canceled. Regardless of the label on the purchase button (e.g., "Buy," "Subscribe," "Get," or similar), users acknowledge that they are enrolling in a recurring subscription. Users are responsible for canceling their subscription at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date to avoid charges for the subsequent billing cycle.

Payment Terms for All Services:

All subscription packages, whether monthly or annual, are billed and payable in advance. Services are provided only after payment is successfully processed. No retroactive billing or post-payment for services is applicable under any circumstances.

Recurring Annual Subscriptions

Users may opt for a recurring annual payment plan, which offers a 20% discount compared to monthly subscriptions. Annual payment terms include:

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

Users who cancel their annual subscription within the first 30 days will receive a full refund of the annual payment.

Cancellations After 30 Days:

Session Confirmation

Email confirmations are usually sent within 24 hours of the session’s completion. However, the receipt of this confirmation is not a determinant of whether the session was conducted. All scheduled sessions are considered completed as per the subscription terms, regardless of technical issues, delays in sending confirmations, or the user's receipt of such emails.

Subscription Price Adjustments

Portal2222 Ltd. reserves the right to adjust subscription package prices, which will take effect no earlier than 30 days after notification or on the specified date stated in the notice. Notifications of pricing changes and annual subscription renewals will be sent via email at least 30 days prior to the renewal date and published on the official website. Users may cancel their subscription without penalty before the updated pricing takes effect if they do not agree to the changes.

Payment Responsibilities and Failures
